
Residential Treatment Programs
Camelot's residential treatment centers are accredited by The Joint Commission and are specifically tailored for youth with special needs that are best met in a highly structured environment, staff secure, with 24 hour a day care. These centers provide a positive environment for young people with a range of complex needs including:

• Orthopedic Impairments
• Physical Impairments
• Substance Abuse
• Significant Psychiatric Impairment
• Health impairments
Camelot’s treatment strategies incorporate the latest therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual child’s particular needs, potential and challenges. This relationship-based model identifies each child’s initial capacity for progress and works toward specific desired outcomes. By matching treatment to the young person’s individual abilities and needs, continued progress becomes increasingly flexible and capable of taking place in a variety of settings, including home, group home and school.
With our child-centered approach and dedicated staff, we have helped our children make tremendous progress.
Results from one of our residential treatment centers:
• 91 percent of children had not been hospitalized within six months of leaving Camelot’s center.
• 82 percent of families reported continued improvement in their overall relationship 90 days after the child has left Camelot’s center.
• The majority of children were still living at home and attending school 90 days after leaving Camelot’s center.
