Camelot’s Therapeutic Day Schools serve multi-need students who are typically on the autism spectrum orthopedically impaired or developmentally delayed. We provide 1:1 support and substantial supplemental therapy as well as individualized daily agendas customized to a student’s personal needs. Camelot’s Therapeutic Day Schools also serve Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) students who often have a diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that is considered sufficient enough to place the student in a special education setting.
Our low student-to- teacher/counselor ratio ensures that each child receives the individual attention he or she requires. Our highly-skilled staff works closely with each child to help them fully develop their academic and social potential. The Camelot model fosters leadership by encouraging positive decision-making, community understanding and coping skills. Students are taught a problem-solving model to help them develop critical thinking.
